If no additional repair is required on your instrument, please confirm your instructions 

If no case is ticked, we will send you a quotation

Please note that we will perform calibration on all available parameters.

If some parameters are not required, Please inform us.

Trouble / Repair

Please give us a detailed description of problem occurred, in which conditions you use the instrument (environment: temperature, humidity, pressure,...) and if it is a random or systematic problem. It will help us for troubleshooting.
